NextStepKu HR Solutions is assisting a premium restaurant in Nusa Dua, Bali, to find a Restaurant Manager who will oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service. The role emphasizes Balinese-inspired and international cuisine, quality ingredients, and guest satisfaction.

Based in Bali, the successful candidate will lead a dedicated team, manage inventory and costs, and drive sales reporting to maintain high standards of operation and guest experience.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years as Assistant Restaurant Manager or similar in a premium restaurant or hotel.
• Strong leadership, team management and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations and service standards.
• Good English communication, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of inventory control, cost management, budgeting and sales reporting.
• Balinese location preferred (Bali-based candidates preferred).

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within a premium restaurant or hotel.

• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
