The Cakap Group, Bali-based hospitality management and restaurant consultancy, is seeking a Restaurant Manager for Jungle Padel Seseh in Seseh, Bali. You will lead the restaurant, kitchen, and service teams on-site, while coordinating with the Operations Manager for a seamless guest experience across the venue.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in restaurant management, strong cost control and people leadership, and are fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Formación

• Minimum 3–5 years of restaurant management experience at a restaurant, hotel, resort, or beach club.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a multi-department team (kitchen, service, and support).
• Strong grasp of sales, P&L, food and labor cost control, and procurement.
• Comfortable handling guest complaints with hospitality-first mindset.
• Willing to learn operations beyond restaurant, including sports and kids facilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily restaurant operations across kitchen and service from opening to closing.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate the restaurant team; conduct weekly coaching.
• Build a collaborative, disciplined team culture across shifts.
• Ensure SOPs and service standards for dine-in, takeaway, and delivery are followed.
• Coordinate with Ops Manager on padel, recovery, and kids corner operations.
• Monitor guest experience, ratings, and reviews; manage procurement per procedures.
