The Cakap Group Indonesia is hiring a Restaurant Manager for Jungle Padel Seseh in Seseh, Bali. You will run the restaurant, kitchen, service teams, and the broader venue operations including padel courts, recovery areas, and kids corner.

Work closely with the Operations Manager to uphold standards, control costs, and deliver a consistent guest experience across the venue. We expect 3–5 years in restaurant management, strong leadership, sales and cost control skills, and fluency in English and

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience in hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead multi-department teams including kitchen and service.
• Strong grasp of sales, P&L, cost control, and procurement procedures.
• Hospitality-first mindset with guest recovery skills.
• Willingness to relocate near Seseh, Bali and manage multiple areas.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily restaurant operations across kitchen and service, from opening to closing.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and coach restaurant teams and heads of department.
• Maintain brand standards and oversee venue-wide operations including padel, recovery, and kids corner.
• Coordinate on-site logistics for events, and ensure guest experience remains high.
