Job summary

Jungle Padel Seseh in Bali is hiring a friendly, service‑oriented Receptionist to join our front of house team. You will greet guests, assist with check‑ins, and support daily operations with our Padel and F&B teams.

Strong English and clear communication skills are essential, as are multitasking abilities and a professional appearance. Experience with WhatsApp, booking systems, and POS is a bonus; weekend and public holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in reception or front desk is preferred.
• Experience in hospitality or service industry is advantageous.
• Fluent English communication is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and members and manage check-in procedures.
• Manage court reservations and cancellations via phone, WhatsApp, and the booking system.
• Provide information on memberships, promotions, and facilities.
• Coordinate with Padel and F&B teams to ensure consistent service.
• Manage records and ensure reception area is clean and organized.
• Support opening and closing procedures.
