Qualifications

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
• Experience as a waiter/waitress is an advantage.
• Strong customer service mindset and neat appearance.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take guests’ orders and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the dining and working areas.
• Ensure a positive guest experience and respond to guests’ needs appropriately.
• Work closely with the operational team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist with other service-related tasks as required.
