Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a team leader in F&B.
• Experience handling group orders, large groups, and travel agent reservations.
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Must be domiciled in Bali.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily floor operations for smooth service.
• Lead and manage the floor team during operations.
• Coordinate group orders, bookings, and travel agent reservations.
• Ensure reservations are communicated to relevant departments.
• Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Brief and allocate tasks to team members.
• Train and provide feedback to maintain standards.
• Handle guest requests and operational issues professionally.
• Coordinate with kitchen and management for smooth flow.
• Assist with staff scheduling and attendance.
• Ensure dining area readiness before, during, after operations.
• Prepare operational reports for management.
• Support outlet performance improvements.
