You will support the Operational Manager in guiding daily activities across all departments, ensuring every guest journey reflects our refined hospitality and intimate atmosphere.

You will mentor a team, anticipate guest needs, resolve issues gracefully, and contribute to sustainable luxury through cost control and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Experience in 5-star hotels, luxury resorts, or boutique luxury properties.
• Strong leadership, communication and team management skills.
• Detail-oriented with sound financial and operational management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Lead staff scheduling, training and performance coaching.
• Monitor quality standards and implement improvements.
• Handle guest concerns with empathy and timely follow-up.
• Assist budget monitoring and cost control.
• Collaborate with marketing and events to create memorable experiences.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sustainability regulations.
