Mathis Retreat Ubud is seeking an Engineering Staff member to keep the retreat’s systems and structures in pristine condition. You will work behind the scenes to ensure the property runs flawlessly, enabling guests to relax and enjoy a seamless luxury experience.
Ideal candidates will have hands-on maintenance skills, a background in electrical/plumbing work, and a proactive, safety-conscious mindset. This on-site role supports guest comfort and operational excellence across all spaces.

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (SMA/SMK). Technical or vocational education in electrical, mechanical, or plumbing fields is preferred. Valid electrical or plumbing certification is an advantage. Basic English communication skills are required. Must be physically capable of performing manual labor and comfortable working in a tropical environment. Previous hotel or hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory for dedicated candidates.
