Dijiwa Sanctuaries in Ubud invites a Spa Therapist to join our tranquil sanctuary, delivering restorative treatments that blend Indonesian traditions with luxury. You will be the heart of our spa experience, providing personalized services that leave guests balanced and rejuvenated.

As part of a luxury retreat team, you will perform Balinese, Swedish, and deep-tissue massages, manicures, pedicures, and consult guests to tailor each treatment while upholding the highest hygiene and safety

Qualifications

• Diploma or certification from a recognized spa or beauty therapy institute.
• Valid and current professional license/certification to practice as a Spa Therapist.
• Minimum conversational proficiency in English is required to communicate with international guests.

Responsibilities

• Perform traditional Balinese massages, body scrubs, and wraps to high-standard quality.
• Deliver manicure and pedicure services with emphasis on hygiene and relaxation.
• Conduct guest consultations to understand needs and tailor treatments accordingly.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization and stock levels in treatment rooms per health and safety protocols.
• Actively promote spa services, retail products, and wellness packages to enhance guest stay and revenue.

As a Spa Therapist at our Mathis Retreat Ubud, you will be the heart of our tranquil spa experience, providing restorative treatments that blend ancient Indonesian wellness traditions with modern luxury. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional, personalized spa services in our serene sanctuary, ensuring each guest leaves feeling rejuvenated, balanced, and deeply cared for. Your role is pivotal in crafting the memorable, holistic experiences that define the Dijiwa journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of professional spa treatments, including traditional Balinese massages, body scrubs, and body wraps, with the highest standards of technique and guest care.
• Expertly deliver manicure and pedicure services, ensuring meticulous attention to detail, hygiene, and a relaxing, pampering experience.
• Conduct thorough guest consultations to understand individual needs, preferences, and any contraindications, personalizing each treatment accordingly.
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness, organization, and stock levels within the treatment rooms and spa areas, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
• Actively promote and educate guests on spa services, retail products, and wellness packages to enhance their stay and support revenue goals.
• Uphold the serene and sacred ambiance of the spa at all times, contributing to a peaceful environment for both guests and colleagues.
• Work collaboratively with the wider Spa and Retreat team to ensure seamless guest service and operational flow.
