Job summary

Dijiwa Sanctuaries is seeking a Finance Controller to lead our corporate finance team and oversee financial operations for our luxury boutique properties in Bali. The role drives budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning across the sanctuary network.

You will collaborate with property General Managers and department heads, ensuring compliance with Indonesian regulations and delivering timely financial reports to support executive decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field from a reputable university.
• CPA/CA or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• English and Indonesian language proficiency demonstrated through professional documents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations across luxury boutique properties and corporate finance.
• Lead annual budgeting processes and forecast cash flow requirements.
• Maintain robust internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance across Indonesia.
