You will partner closely with property General Managers and department heads to understand the unique rhythm of each sanctuary, translating operational insights into actionable financial strategies. Your expertise will shape annual budgeting processes, forecast cash flow requirements, and ensure compliance with Indonesian financial regulations and tax obligations. Success in this role means delivering accurate, timely financial reporting that empowers leadership to make informed decisions. You will identify financial efficiencies, optimize resource allocation, and contribute to our ongoing growth trajectory—all while nurturing a culture of integrity and excellence within your team.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field from a reputable university. Professional certification such as CPA, CA, or equivalent is highly preferred. Minimum 5 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity. Strong proficiency in Indonesian and English书面语言 demonstrated through professional documents required.
