Svara Boutique Residences, part of Mazari Group, seeks a Residence Manager to support the Operations Manager in daily villa and guest operations on the Bali property. This hands-on role coordinates Front Office, Butler, Housekeeping, Engineering, and F&B to maintain luxury standards.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Hospitality or related field, 5+ years in hospitality ops, supervision experience, and fluent English with Bahasa Indonesia.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Hospitality or related field
• 5+ years in hospitality operations
• Experience supervising teams
• Excellent guest-service mindset and organisational skills
• Fluent English; Bahasa Indonesia required

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of Svara Boutique Residences in Bali
• Coordinate Front Office, Butler, Housekeeping, Engineering, and F&B across teams
• Conduct regular villa inspections and address defects and readiness
• Manage guest arrivals, requests, complaints, and special arrangements
• Escalate issues to Operations Manager when needed and propose improvements
• Allocate daily tasks, staff coverage, and priorities across departments
• Ensure SOPs, service standards, safety procedures, and policies are followed
• Assist with staff briefing, coaching, training, and performance follow-up
• Support inventory, purchasing, and cost-control measures
• Liaise with external vendors to meet standards and timelines
• Represent Operations Manager when required and cover property in their absence
