Role Description

The Reservations Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Siladen Island, responsible for managing reservations and guest inquiries for Kuda Laut Boutique Dive Resort. Daily tasks include handling booking requests via email, phone, and online platforms; preparing and updating reservation records; coordinating availability with resort; and confirming guest details and payment information. The role also involves responding to customer questions about accommodation, diving packages, and transportation, as well as providing clear and timely communication before guest arrival. The Reservations Officer works closely with, front office, and operations teams to ensure accurate information, smooth guest experience, and effective occupancy management.

Qualifications

• Customer service and communication skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and build positive relationships with guests.
• Proper emailing and correspondence knowledge, especially regarding formatting, structure and etiquette is required, but will also be included in initial training.
• Sales skills to promote resort offerings, upsell packages, and support revenue growth through effective reservation handling.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian or other foreign languages) are an advantage.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and familiarity with basic office software (email, spreadsheets, reservation tools).
• Prior experience in hospitality, travel, or dive resort operations is beneficial.
