Bingin Villa Management seeks a proactive Reservation Manager to lead our reservation operations across OTAs, direct bookings, and travel agents in Bali. You will optimize room availability, rates, and inventory while driving revenue opportunities and ensuring accurate reservations.

This role requires strong leadership to guide the team and collaborate with Sales, Revenue, and Villa Operations. Ideal candidates have hospitality reservations experience, fluency in English, and the ability to work

Competenze

• Must have hospitality reservations experience.
• Experience leading reservation teams or processes.
• Strong knowledge of OTA platforms, distribution channels, rate management and inventory control.
• Familiarity with PMS and channel management systems.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Ability to coordinate across departments and work independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily reservation operations across multiple booking channels, including OTAs, direct bookings, and travel agents.
• Manage room availability, rates, inventory, and reservation accuracy.
• Monitor reservation performance, occupancy, booking pace, and revenue opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve booking conversion and maximize revenue.
• Lead, guide, and support the reservations team to ensure operational efficiency and service quality.
• Coordinate with Sales, Revenue Management, Villa Operations, and other departments.
• Handle escalated booking inquiries, special requests, and reservation-related issues.
• Prepare regular reservation reports and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Maintain strong relationships with guests, agents, and business partners.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel, villa, or hospitality reservation operations.
• Proven experience managing reservation teams or leading reservation processes.
• Strong understanding of OTA platforms, distribution channels, rate management, and inventory control.
• Familiarity with PMS and channel management systems.
• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate across departments.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Based in Bali or willing to relocate to Bali.
