Job summary

The Mahaloka Uluwatu is seeking an experienced Villa Operations Manager to oversee daily operations of multiple villas in Bali. You will drive service excellence, manage guest satisfaction, and lead villa managers and teams across properties.

You will monitor occupancy, revenue and profitability, implement efficiency strategies, and handle escalated guest issues. A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and 2–5 years’ leadership experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in hospitality, villa management, or hotel operations.
• Proven ability to lead multiple properties or teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations of multiple villas/properties in the area.
• Ensure properties meet service, cleanliness, maintenance and guest-satisfaction standards.
• Monitor performance, occupancy, revenue and profitability; manage OTAs.
• Lead, supervise and develop villa managers and operational teams.
• Analyze reports and implement efficiency-improving strategies.
• Handle escalated guest complaints and ensure timely resolutions.
• Prepare budgets, control costs and maximize revenue opportunities.

Job description

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of multiple villas/properties within the assigned area


• Ensure all properties achieve company standars in service, cleanliness, maintenance, and guest satisfactions


• Monitor operational performance, occupancy, revenue, and profitability of each property, and OTA Management


• Lead, supervise and develop Villa managers and operational teams.


• Analyze operational reports and implement strategies to improve efficiency and performance


• Handle escalated guest complaints and ensure timely resolutions


• Prepare budgets, control operational cost and maximize revenue opportunities

Qualifications

• Willing to learn and build.


• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Bussiness Administration, or related field.


• Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience in hospitality, villa management, hotel operations, or similar leadership role.


• Proven experience managing multiple properties or teams is highly preferred.


• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.


• Excellent problem solving and decision-making abilities.


• Strong understanding of villa/hotel operations, guest service, and property management.


• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.


• Strong organizational and time-management skills.


• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.


• Possess a valid driver's license and willing to travel between properties.


• Honest, disciplined, proactive, and result-oriented.


• Based in Bali - near properties at least 20-30 minutes.
