Job summary

La Brisa at LYD Bali Group seeks an Assistant Reservations Manager to lead daily reservations operations and ensure outstanding guest service. You will coordinate guest communications, drive sales, and train staff on reservations and hosting procedures, contributing to a smooth guest experience in a hospitality-forward venue.

The role requires leadership, strong English communication, and a willingness to work late night shifts on weekends and public holidays in Bali.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in the same role.
• Experience in managing reservations and coordinating communication with guests at the leadership level.
• Proven experience with reservation booking systems (e.g., Chope).
• Familiar with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proven track record in driving sales and revenue growth.
• Experience in training staff on reservations & hostess procedures and practices.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience in the hospitality industry.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Willing and able to work late night shifts on weekends and public holidays.
