Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in handling reservations and bookings.
• Provide information about room availability, rates, and hotel amenities.
• Assist with checking guests in and out.
• Manage incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experience.
• Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest information.
