Lyvin Melasti Villas & Suites in Bali, Indonesia is seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to lead our Front Office team and ensure seamless guest arrivals and departures. You will oversee daily operations, manage staff performance, optimize reservations flow, and maintain service standards, while building a positive team culture and ensuring health and safety compliance.

Candidates should have at least 3 years in a managerial front office role in hospitality, excellent English

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years as Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager in a hotel, resort or villa.
• Strong leadership and people management.
• Solid knowledge of front office operations and guest service standards.
• Fluent in English, spoken and written.
• High attention to detail with a commitment to service excellence.

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the Front Office Department.
• Ensure smooth check-in, check-out, and guest service processes that meet company quality standards.
• Conduct regular reviews of guest feedback and implement corrective actions when required.
• Develop work schedules and allocate manpower effectively based on occupancy levels.
• Monitor front office productivity, service quality, and operational costs.
• Manage room inventory, rate strategy coordination, and reservations flow with relevant departments.
• Foster a positive team culture focused on accountability, continuous improvement, and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and company policies.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve front office related concerns professionally.
• Prepare departmental reports, budgets, and performance analysis.
