Job summary

La Brisa at LYD Bali Group seeks an Engineering Manager to oversee all building systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC) and lead the engineering team in a hospitality environment in Bali. You will plan preventive maintenance, coordinate with vendors, and ensure safety and SOP compliance, delivering reliable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities include supervising the engineering team, maintaining documentation, and supporting emergency responses while collaborating with Operations

Qualifications

• Experience in a assistant managerial engineering role, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong technical expertise in mechanical systems (including genset), electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems.
• Solid understanding of preventive maintenance planning and asset management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise engineering teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Experience in beach club will be a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe and efficient operation of all building systems (M,E,P, HVAC).
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Supervise engineering team and allocate tasks.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and SOPs.
• Support emergency response as needed.
• Collaborate with Operations and Management to minimize downtime.
• Deliver seamless guest experiences through reliable operations.
