Qualificações

• Experience with Opera Cloud or a related system is preferred.

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently offer exceptional, friendly and engaging service.
• Ensure the best selection for the guest and maximize revenue through up-selling.
• Recommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requests.
• Book room reservations, enter rooming lists, and update information in the system.
