Job summary

Accor, a global hospitality leader, invites you to join Garut as a Reservations Agent. You will welcome guests and help create the exceptional experience Accor is known for.

You will handle room reservations, enter rooming lists, upsell facilities, and assist guests with requests. Fluency in English is required; Opera Cloud experience is a plus. This is a full-time on-site role with opportunities for development and global mobility.

Qualifications

• Guest-focused personality is essential.
• Experience with Opera Cloud or similar system is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities are required.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer exceptional, friendly and engaging service.
• Maximize revenue through up-selling and best guest options.
• Recommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requests.
• Book room reservations, enter rooming lists, and update accurate information in the system.

Reservations Agent
You are the beginning of an exceptional guest experience. As a Reservations Agent, you will make our guests feel welcome and reflect the exceptional experience the come when they arrive!
