Tasvan Group in Bali seeks an experienced E-commerce (Airbnb Specialist) to maximize online bookings for our luxury villa portfolio. You will manage listings across Airbnb and OTAs, optimize content, pricing, and inventory, and collaborate with Revenue and Marketing teams.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years on OTA platforms, familiarity with Channel Manager and PMS, strong English, and Excel skills. Hospitality or property management background is highly preferred, with attention to detail

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing Airbnb or OTA platforms.
• Experience in villa management, hospitality, hotels, or property management is highly preferred.
• Familiar with Channel Manager and Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Strong understanding of Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, and other OTA platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and optimize villa listings across Airbnb and other OTA platforms.
• Maintain accurate pricing, availability, promotions, and inventory across all booking channels.
• Optimize listing content, photos, amenities, and descriptions to improve visibility and conversion.
• Monitor booking performance, occupancy, ADR, and revenue metrics.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and booking requests through OTA platforms.
• Manage guest reviews and coordinate with the Operations team to improve guest satisfaction.
• Work closely with the Revenue and Marketing teams to execute pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Prepare regular reports on OTA performance and identify opportunities for business growth.

As we continue expanding our portfolio of luxury villas, we are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented E-commerce (Airbnb Specialist) to help maximize our online presence, increase bookings, and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

What You'll Do

Manage and optimize villa listings across Airbnb and other Online Travel Agencies (Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia).

Maintain accurate pricing, availability, promotions, and inventory across all booking channels.

Optimize listing content, photos, amenities, and descriptions to improve visibility and conversion.

Monitor booking performance, occupancy, ADR, and revenue metrics.

Respond promptly to guest inquiries and booking requests through OTA platforms.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years of experience managing Airbnb or OTA platforms.
