Job summary

PT ELISTEC INFORMATIKA UTAMA is seeking a Reporting – Technical Analysis & Reporting professional to transform network performance and crowdsourced QoE data into clear findings. You will analyze data from KPI/PM, CDR/xDR, OSS/NMS, traffic, and logs to identify degradation, anomalies, and customer experience issues.

The role requires creating RCA summaries, presenting problem statements, methodologies, evidence, and impacts, and translating findings into actionable recommendations for network

Qualifications

• Strong experience in technical analysis and reporting in telecom networks.
• Translate network performance and QoE data into findings.
• Analyze data from KPI/PM, CDR/xDR, OSS/NMS, traffic, logs and QoE data.
• Identify and summarize network degradation, anomalies and customer experience issues.
• Prepare RCA summaries based on objective evidence and multi-source data.
• Explain problem statements, methodologies, evidence, findings, causes and impact.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations for optimization or service improvement.
• Distinguish observations, findings, probable causes and recommendations in reports.
• Create executive summaries and detailed technical reports for stakeholders.
• Proficient in SQL and familiar with Python/Pandas for analysis and validation.
• Familiar with dashboard and data visualization tools to present KPI trends and QoE insights.
• Create clear visuals, tables, charts and supporting analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Strong experience in technical analysis and reporting, preferably within the telecommunications/network domain.

Strong ability to translate complex network performance and crowdsourced QoE data into clear and meaningful findings.

Experienced in analyzing data from multiple sources, including network KPI/PM, CDR/xDR, OSS/NMS, traffic, network logs, and crowdsourced QoE data.

Able to identify and summarize network degradation, anomalies, trends, performance gaps, and customer experience issues.

Strong capability in preparing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) summaries based on objective technical evidence and multi-source data correlation.

Able to clearly explain the problem statement, analysis methodology, supporting evidence, findings, probable root cause, and impact.

Experienced in translating technical findings into actionable recommendations for network optimization, troubleshooting, or service improvement.

Able to distinguish between observations, analysis findings, probable causes, and recommendations in technical reports.

Strong ability to create executive summaries and detailed technical reports for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Proficient in SQL and familiar with Python/Pandas for supporting data analysis and validation.

Familiar with dashboard and data visualization tools to present KPI trends, anomalies, geographic patterns, and QoE insights.

Able to create clear visualizations, tables, charts, and supporting analysis to strengthen technical findings.

Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy, consistency, and traceability of reported data.

Able to present findings and recommendations clearly to network engineering, operations, management, and other stakeholders.
