PT ELISTEC INFORMATIKA UTAMA is seeking a data correlation specialist to advance crowdsourced QoE analysis and network KPI correlation in Jakarta. You will work with telecom performance data, CDR/xDR, and OSS/NMS to derive actionable insights that improve service quality.
The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with SQL, Python, and BI tools, and the ability to handle large-scale datasets from multiple sources.
Strong experience in data correlation and analysis, particularly in telecommunications/network performance data.
Strong ability to correlate crowdsourced QoE (Quality of Experience) data with internal network performance metrics.
Proficient in analyzing and correlating:
Network KPI / Performance Management (PM)
CDR / xDR (Call/Data Records)
OSS / NMS
Traffic data
Geographic / location-based data
Able to identify relationships, trends, anomalies, and discrepancies between customer-perceived QoE and network-side performance indicators.
Experienced in performing multi-source data integration, validation, cleansing, and correlation.
Strong understanding of telecommunication network KPIs, such as accessibility, retainability, throughput, latency, traffic, availability, and quality indicators.
Able to perform time-based and geographic correlation to identify network issues and their impact on user experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate correlated data into actionable network insights.
Familiar with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, Excel, or BI/data visualization tools.
Able to work with large-scale datasets and handle data from multiple network and customer-experience sources.
Strong communication skills and able to present analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
