Job summary

PT ELISTEC INFORMATIKA UTAMA is seeking a data analytics professional to analyze crowdsourced KPI and QoE metrics from an end-user perspective. The ideal candidate will interpret network performance indicators, identify quality gaps, and report findings with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong experience in crowdsourced KPI and QoE analysis.
• Able to analyze key user-experience indicators, including Download speed, Upload speed, Packet loss, Network coverage, and User experience indicators.
• Familiar with crowdsourced network analytics platforms such as ONX/Opensignal, Ookla/Speedtest, nPerf, or similar platforms.
• Able to analyze network performance from an end-user perspective.
• Understand the relationship between network KPI, QoE, and customer experience.
• Able to identify performance gaps and service quality issues based on crowdsourced data.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

• Download speed
• Upload speed
• Packet loss
• Network coverage
• User experience indicators

Familiar with crowdsourced network analytics platforms such as ONX/Opensignal, Ookla/Speedtest, nPerf, or similar platforms.

Able to analyze network performance from an end-user perspective.

Understand the relationship between network KPI, QoE, and customer experience.

Able to identify performance gaps and service quality issues based on crowdsourced data.
