Job summary

PT ELISTEC INFORMATIKA UTAMA seeks a mid-level professional with a solid background in crowdsourced network data analysis to evaluate mobile network performance. You will interpret data from crowdsourced platforms and identify trends and potential service quality issues.

The role requires familiarity with QoE platforms such as ONX/OpenSignal and nPerf, plus strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights for network optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Intermediate to strong experience in crowdsourced network data analysis.
• Familiar with crowdsourced network/Quality of Experience (QoE) platforms.
• Experience with ONX/Opensignal, nPerf or similar platforms is preferred.
• Ability to collect, interpret, and analyze network data from crowdsourced sources.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Able to identify network performance trends and potential service quality issues.

Job description

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Have intermediate to strong experience in crowdsourced network data analysis.

Familiar with crowdsourced network/Quality of Experience (QoE) platforms.

Experience using one or more of the following platforms is preferred:

nPerf
