Job summary

PT ELISTEC INFORMATIKA UTAMA seeks a network-focused engineer capable of analyzing Core Network KPI and QoS. You will interpret performance indicators such as throughput, packet loss, availability, accessibility, and traffic to ensure excellent customer experience.

Ideal candidates have strong analytical skills and familiarity with network monitoring tools, with a focus on identifying abnormal conditions and degradation to maintain service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Core Network KPI and Quality of Service (QoS).
• Able to analyze network performance indicators such as throughput, packet loss, availability, accessibility, and traffic.
• Experience interpreting network KPI data and identifying performance issues.
• Understand relationship between network KPIs, network quality, and customer experience.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Able to identify abnormal network conditions and potential service degradation.

Job description

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Have strong knowledge of Core Network KPI and Quality of Service (QoS).

Able to analyze network performance indicators, including:

• Packet loss
• Availability
• Accessibility
• Traffic

Experienced in interpreting network KPI data and identifying performance issues.

Understand the relationship between network KPIs, network quality, and customer experience.

Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

Able to identify abnormal network conditions and potential service degradation.

Familiar with network monitoring and performance analysis tools is preferred.
