Job summary

PT ELISTEC INFORMATIKA UTAMA is seeking a Monitoring – CNQ Dashboard & Visualization professional with intermediate experience in dashboard development, data visualization, or network monitoring. You will create and maintain CNQ dashboards to monitor network performance and customer experience.

You will visualize KPI and QoE metrics through interactive dashboards, including geographic patterns, drill-down views, and data from PM/KPI, CDR/xDR, OSS/NMS.

Qualifications

• Intermediate experience in dashboard development or data visualization.
• Experience with CNQ dashboards and KPI/QoE analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction.
• Knowledge of geographic visualizations and drill-down capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and analyze CNQ dashboards to monitor network and customer experience performance.
• Visualize and analyze network KPI and QoE metrics through interactive dashboards.
• Create trend visualizations to monitor performance changes over time.
• Configure and analyze alerts or threshold-based indicators to identify potential network degradation or abnormal conditions.
• Work with geographic/map-based visualizations to identify performance issues across regions, sites, cells, or other network areas.
• Create drill-down views from high-level KPIs to detailed dimensions such as region, site, cell, service, or time period.
• Integrate data from sources such as PM/KPI, CDR/xDR, OSS/NMS, traffic, and QoE data into dashboards.
• Select appropriate charts, tables, maps, filters, and visual indicators based on analytical requirements.
• Familiar with dashboard tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Grafana, Qlik, or similar platforms.
• Proficient in SQL for data extraction and Python/Pandas for data preparation and analysis is an advantage.
• Perform dashboard validation and data quality checks to ensure metrics are accurate.
• Present dashboard findings and highlight trends, anomalies, alerts, and areas requiring further investigation.

Monitoring – CNQ Dashboard & Visualization

Have intermediate experience in dashboard development, data visualization, or network monitoring.

Able to create, maintain, and analyze CNQ (Customer Network Quality) dashboards to monitor network and customer experience performance.

Able to visualize and analyze network KPI and QoE metrics through interactive dashboards.

Experienced in creating trend visualizations to monitor performance changes over time.

Able to configure and analyze alerts or threshold-based indicators to identify potential network degradation or abnormal conditions.

Able to work with geographic/map-based visualizations to identify performance issues across regions, sites, cells, or other network areas.

Able to create drill-down views that allow users to move from high-level KPIs to more detailed dimensions such as region, site, cell, service, or time period.

Familiar with integrating data from sources such as PM/KPI, CDR/xDR, OSS/NMS, traffic, and QoE/customer experience data into dashboards.

Able to select appropriate charts, tables, maps, filters, and visual indicators based on the analytical requirements.

Familiar with dashboard tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Grafana, Qlik, or similar visualization platforms.

Proficient in SQL for extracting and preparing data used in dashboards.

Familiar with Python/Pandas for data preparation and analysis is an advantage.

Able to perform basic dashboard validation and data quality checks to ensure displayed metrics are accurate.

Able to present dashboard findings and highlight trends, anomalies, alerts, and areas requiring further investigation.
