Job summary

PT ELISTEC INFORMATIKA UTAMA in Jakarta is seeking a Network Performance & Degradation Analyst to join our IT Infra team. The role focuses on analyzing KPI trends, identifying degradation patterns, and translating data into actionable insights to improve service quality.

You will perform root-cause analyses, detect regional performance gaps, and work with engineering to mitigate issues and optimize network performance for customers across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
• Experience in network performance analysis and degradation analysis.
• Ability to analyze network KPI trends and establish performance baselines.
• Understand peak-hour network behavior and its impact on service quality.
• Identify regional performance gaps and network anomalies.
