Groove is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join its global HR team, supporting employees and operations, including those in Medan. This role focuses on the design, implementation, and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.

You will conduct market research, analyze compensation data, ensure regulatory compliance, and communicate program details effectively to employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems.
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws related to compensation and benefits.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for remote delivery.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsabilités

• Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
• Analyze market compensation data and trends to ensure competitive salary structures.
• Develop and maintain compensation guidelines and policies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant compensation and benefits laws and regulations.
• Communicate benefit and compensation information clearly to employees and management.
• Collaborate with external vendors and brokers for benefits administration.
