Qualifications

5+ years of progressive experience in Food & Beverage management.
Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in F&B management software and virtual collaboration tools.
Experience developing training materials and conducting remote training sessions.

Responsibilities

Conduct remote assessments of F&B operational procedures, identifying areas for improvement in quality and efficiency.
Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all F&B outlets, ensuring consistency.
Provide remote training and support to on-site F&B teams via video conferencing and digital platforms.
Analyze F&B performance data, including sales, costs, and guest feedback, to identify trends and recommend solutions.
Collaborate with culinary and service teams to implement new menu items and promotional strategies effectively.
Monitor inventory management and cost control measures across various locations remotely.
