Job summary

Groove in Semarang seeks a detail-oriented HR Compensation and Benefits Specialist to design, implement, and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs aligning with company strategy. You will conduct market salary analyses and help communicate programs to employees.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in compensation design, and proficiency with HRIS and Excel in the Indonesian context.

Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration.
Strong understanding of compensation structures, salary benchmarking, and benefits management.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced Excel skills.
Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Conduct market salary surveys and analyze compensation data to ensure competitive pay practices.
Develop and maintain job grading and salary structures.
Ensure compliance with all relevant compensation and benefits regulations.
Assist in the communication of compensation and benefits information to employees.
Support HR initiatives related to talent management and workforce planning.
