Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance or related field.
• 3-5 years experience in compensation and benefits.
• Strong Excel and HRIS proficiency.
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, suitable for remote delivery.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage compensation and benefits programs.
• Analyze market compensation data and trends.
• Develop and maintain compensation guidelines and policies.
• Ensure compliance with compensation and benefits laws.
• Communicate benefit and compensation information clearly to employees and management.
• Collaborate with external vendors and brokers for benefits administration.
