Pt Yakult Indonesia Persada is seeking a Remote Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join its global HR team. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and administering competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent, including Medan operations.

You will conduct market research, analyze data, ensure regulatory compliance, and clearly communicate program details to employees.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems.
Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws related to compensation and benefits.
Excellent communication and presentation skills suitable for remote delivery.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
Analyze market compensation data and trends to ensure competitive salary structures.
Develop and maintain compensation guidelines and policies.
Ensure compliance with all relevant compensation and benefits laws and regulations.
Communicate benefit and compensation information clearly to employees and management.
Collaborate with external vendors and brokers for benefits administration.
