You will be the main contact, nurture long-term relationships, understand client culture and hiring needs, and coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely, high-quality results while exploring opportunities to expand services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in client or account management or senior recruitment with client-facing focus.
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition market.
• Strong business acumen with stakeholder engagement at multiple levels.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
