Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Remote Client Relationship Manager to support recruitment clients from a fully remote setting. You will understand client objectives and translate them into effective talent acquisition strategies, acting as the primary contact for ongoing client success.

The ideal candidate will build strong relationships, understand the recruitment landscape, and deliver strategic insights to meet client needs from Denpasar and beyond.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in client management, account management, or a senior recruitment role with a client-facing focus.
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Excellent understanding of the recruitment process and talent acquisition market.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of recruitment clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Develop a deep understanding of client business needs, company culture, and specific hiring requirements.
• Act as a strategic partner, providing insights and recommendations on talent acquisition strategies.
• Oversee the delivery of recruitment services, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with client expectations.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional recruitment services.
• Collaborate internally with recruitment teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
