Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in client management, account management, or senior recruitment with a client-facing focus.
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and the talent market.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of recruitment clients with high satisfaction and retention.
• Understand client business needs, culture, and hiring requirements.
• Act as a strategic partner providing insights on talent acquisition strategies.
• Oversee delivery of recruitment services ensuring quality and timeliness.
