Job summary

Staffinc is seeking a Remote Sales Executive to drive growth across Southeast Asia, focusing on Batam and the Riau Islands. This remote role offers autonomy to identify opportunities, demo products, and close deals, with collaboration across marketing and product teams.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in SaaS/B2B sales, strong negotiation skills, and fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience in B2B or SaaS.
• Consistently meets or exceeds sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for key meetings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quotas in Southeast Asia, focusing on Batam, Riau Islands, ID.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outreach and research.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with tailored solutions.
• Conduct compelling product demos and presentations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve win‑win outcomes.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage the sales pipeline using CRM and forecast revenue.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitive developments.
