Job summary

Pt Megarhizo Ega Persada is seeking a Remote Inside Sales Representative to join a fast-growing tech start-up. This fully remote role focuses on generating leads, qualifying prospects, and driving sales for cutting-edge tech solutions.

You'll conduct outbound calls, present product features online, and manage the full sales cycle from prospect to close. A proven inside sales background and CRM familiarity are preferred, with remote work discipline and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social media.
• Present and demonstrate product features and benefits via online platforms and video conferencing.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospect to close for assigned territories.
• Nurture relationships with prospective clients through timely follow-ups and personalized communication.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas and performance objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing to ensure alignment on campaigns and lead follow-up.
