Job summary

Bat is seeking an ambitious Territory Sales Representative to cover the Bandung region in a fully remote capacity. You will prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities, driving adoption of our client's products/services and contributing to market expansion.

You will manage the entire sales cycle, conduct virtual demos, and negotiate terms to meet quotas, while maintaining meticulous CRM records.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in field or inside sales, preferably in B2B.
• Strong prospecting and lead-generation capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for virtual engagement.
• Ability to work independently and manage time remotely.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through targeted outreach and networking.
• Manage full sales cycle from qualification to closing contracts.
• Conduct virtual product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate terms and pricing to hit sales quotas.
• Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities in CRM.
