Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a commercially driven PR Sales Manager to drive sales and market development for energy storage and PV module products across the assigned region. This remote role from Jakarta requires building strong relationships with customers, distributors and partners while executing regional sales strategies to meet revenue targets.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of international sales experience in renewable energy, excellent negotiation and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of international or overseas sales experience, including at least 2 years in energy storage, solar, photovoltaic, or related renewable energy markets.
• Strong understanding of overseas sales processes, renewable energy market dynamics, and relevant business models.
• Established customer, distributor, or industry networks within the assigned market is highly advantageous.
• Professional proficiency in English and the local language is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and market development for energy storage and photovoltaic module products within the assigned region.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, partners, and key industry stakeholders.
• Execute regional sales strategies and company policies to achieve revenue and sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, develop sales pipelines, and expand the company's customer base.
• Monitor market trends, industry policies, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
• Conduct market research and provide actionable insights and recommendations to management.
• Manage customer feedback, commercial issues, payment collection, and follow‑up activities.
• Plan and participate in exhibitions, conferences, customer meetings, and other business development activities.
• Prepare regular sales reports, market updates, forecasts, and business development recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective customer support and smooth execution of commercial activities.
