Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a commercially minded PR Sales Manager for a leading global renewable energy client. The role targets energy storage and photovoltaic modules, building pipelines, and expanding regional market presence.

We are seeking someone with strong international sales experience, excellent relationship skills, and the ability to drive revenue in overseas markets. Remote work from Jakarta, Indonesia is required with excellent English and local language skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in a related field.
Minimum 5 years of international or overseas sales experience.
Experience in energy storage, solar, PV or renewables markets.
Strong understanding of overseas sales processes and market dynamics.
Experience with distributors, customers, and industry networks.
Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship skills.
Ability to manage full business development cycle independently.
English and local language proficiency.

Responsibilities

Drive sales and market development for energy storage and PV modules in the assigned region.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, partners, and stakeholders.
Execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify new opportunities, build pipelines, and expand the customer base.
Monitor market trends, policies, competitors, and opportunities.
Provide market insights and recommendations to management.
Manage feedback, commercial issues, and payments.
Plan and participate in exhibitions, meetings, and business development events.
Prepare sales reports, market updates, forecasts, and recommendations.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of activities.
