Job summary

HiLoker is seeking a highly organized Remote Recruitment Operations Manager to oversee our recruitment workflows from anywhere. You will optimize processes, drive technology adoption (ATS/CRM), and support the team to boost productivity while ensuring data integrity.

In this fully remote role, you will partner with recruitment leaders and consultants, implement best practices, monitor KPIs, and maintain compliance with data privacy and internal standards to deliver scalable, high-quality hiring

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment operations, HR operations, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing and optimizing recruitment processes and technologies.
• Strong understanding of ATS and other HRIS platforms.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience working remotely.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize daily recruitment operations and reporting.
• Oversee the implementation and utilization of recruitment technologies, such as ATS and CRM platforms.
• Develop and maintain operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Train and support recruitment staff on operational processes and system usage.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal quality standards across all recruitment activities.
