Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim in Jakarta is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to analyze client needs and support the recruitment team. You will guide sourcing, screen resumes, and manage end-to-end processes from sourcing to onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher qualification.
• Minimum 3-5 years of headhunting, executive search, or recruitment consultancy experience.
• Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interview coordination, salary negotiation, offer management, and onboarding.
• Experience working with overseas teams or international recruitment projects is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment requirement analysis and team support to understand client hiring needs.
• Screen candidate profiles and provide feedback to improve quality and submissions.
• End-to-end recruitment project management from sourcing to onboarding.
• Coordinate interviews, offers and onboarding; manage salary discussions.
• Monitor progress, coach consultants, standardize processes and drive delivery improvements.
