Job summary

Pt Huaxiang Technology Power Equipment Manufacturing is seeking a dedicated Remote Purchasing Assistant to support procurement operations from anywhere in Indonesia. You will process purchase orders, maintain records, and assist senior staff while working independently in a remote setting.

Key duties include requisitions, PO generation, vendor data upkeep, quotes, cross-department coordination, and reporting on spending and supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing administration or similar role is desirable.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and good written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase requisitions and generate purchase orders accurately and timely.
• Maintain and update purchasing records, vendor information and pricing.
• Assist in sourcing new suppliers and obtaining quotes from vendors.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Prepare reports on purchasing activities, spending and vendor performance.
• Provide administrative support to the procurement team, including scheduling meetings.
