The ideal candidate has 7+ years in purchasing and procurement, strong negotiation and contract management skills, and proven success in international supplier relationships, cost savings, and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

7+ years of progressive experience in purchasing and procurement management.
Significant international exposure in global supply chains.
Strong negotiation, sourcing, and contract management skills.
Experience leading remote teams and managing global supplier relationships.
Analytical abilities and proficiency with procurement analytics tools.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute global purchasing strategies to achieve cost savings and supply chain optimization.
Lead, mentor, and manage a remote team of procurement professionals.
Oversee all aspects of the procurement lifecycle, including sourcing, negotiation, contract management, and supplier performance monitoring.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key international suppliers and vendors.
Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for strategic sourcing and risk mitigation.
