Job summary

Smoore Technology Indonesia is seeking a Procurement Leader to drive supplier sourcing, onboarding, and performance management for international and local Indonesian suppliers, building a robust resource map.

You will optimize procurement workflows for the automation equipment market, lead a three-person team, manage budgets and cost-reduction strategies, and report progress to senior management with data-driven PPT and Excel presentations.

Qualifications

• Education & experience: Bachelor’s degree or higher with procurement background in automation equipment or manufacturing.
• Language: professional proficiency in English and ability to communicate in Mandarin (Chinese).
• Technical: advanced Excel and PowerPoint, translating supply chain data into clear business reports.
• Core competencies: interpersonal communication, negotiation, strategic reporting for multinational vendor relations.
• Leadership: experience or potential in managing localized teams and driving KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Supplier sourcing & lifecycle management for international and local Indonesian suppliers, building a supplier map.
• Define and optimize procurement workflows tailored to the Indonesian automation equipment market.
• Develop budgets and cost-reduction strategies via centralized purchasing and local sourcing.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, task allocation, and performance reviews of a three-person team.
• Deliver data-driven reports using PPT and Excel to align supply chain with senior management.

Job Responsibilities (岗位职责)

• Supplier Sourcing & Lifecycle Management: Lead the sourcing, evaluation, onboarding, and performance management of both international and local Indonesian suppliers, building a robust supplier resource map.
• Process Optimization & Localization: Establish, refine, and standardize procurement workflows tailored specifically to the automation equipment industry within the Indonesian market.
• Cost Control & Strategy Execution: Develop and execute annual procurement budgets and cost-reduction strategies through centralized purchasing, bulk negotiations, and localized sourcing.
• Team Leadership & Talent Development: Oversee the day-to-day operations, task allocation, and performance evaluations of a team of three Indonesian procurement professionals.
• Stakeholder Communication & Reporting: Deliver data-driven reports and performance presentations using PPT and Excel to align cross-border supply chain operations with senior management.

Job Requirements (岗位要求)

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or above with a solid procurement background specifically within the automation equipment or manufacturing industry.
• Language Proficiency: Professional working proficiency in both English and enable to use Mandarin (Chinese) to communication
• Technical & Analytical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with a proven ability to translate supply chain data into clear business reports.
• Core Competencies: Exceptional interpersonal communication, negotiation, and strategic reporting skills suitable for managing multinational vendor relations.
• Leadership Capabilities: Demonstrated experience or strong potential in managing localized teams, resolving cross-cultural workplace gaps, and driving KPIs.
