Job summary

PT Pratama Interdana Finance (YesssCredit) in Jakarta seeks a Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll processing for our employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while adhering to Indonesian labor regulations.

You will maintain payroll records, prepare management reports, handle employee inquiries, coordinate with Finance and HR for seamless operations, and support year-end tax reconciliation and payroll system improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience with Indonesian payroll regulations (BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, PPh 21) desired
• Attention to detail and confidentiality
• Proficient in payroll software and MS Excel

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees
• Calculate and process statutory contributions in compliance with Indonesian regulations
• Maintain and update employee payroll records (hiring, departures, promotions, salary changes)
• Prepare payroll reports for management review and reconcile payroll accounts monthly
• Handle employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies
• Coordinate with Finance and HR teams for seamless payroll operations
• Support year-end tax reporting and annual tax reconciliation processes
• Assist in payroll system improvements and documentation updates

About The Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to manage accurate and timely payroll processing for our employees. You'll handle end-to-end payroll operations, ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations, and support our HR team in maintaining smooth payroll administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including salaries, allowances, deductions, overtime, and bonuses
• Calculate and process statutory contributions (BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, PPh 21) in compliance with Indonesian regulations
• Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, resignations, promotions, and salary adjustments
• Prepare payroll reports for management review and reconcile payroll accounts monthly
• Handle employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly and professionally
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies
• Coordinate with Finance and HR teams for seamless payroll operations
• Support year-end tax reporting and annual tax reconciliation processes
• Assist in payroll system improvements and documentation updates
