Job summary

Pt Vinfast Automobile Indonesia is seeking a precise Remote Payroll Specialist to handle payroll processing for employees across locations. The role is fully remote, enabling you to contribute from anywhere while maintaining accurate compensation and timely payroll services.

You will manage payroll data, ensure regulatory compliance, prepare reports, and assist employees with inquiries, deductions, and benefits in a supportive remote team environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in payroll processing.
• Strong understanding of payroll laws and tax regulations.
• CPP certification is a plus; familiarity with payroll software and HRIS is required.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately on a bi-weekly or monthly basis.
• Ensure compliance with all payroll tax regulations.
• Manage employee payroll data including new hires and terminations.
• Prepare payroll reports and reconcile payroll accounts.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll deductions and benefits.
• Administer benefits enrollment and changes related to payroll.
