White Glove Hiring's client is seeking a skilled Helpdesk Technician for their Bogor, West Java operations. You will diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, serving as the primary IT support contact for employees in a fast-paced environment, with the flexibility of remote work.

The ideal candidate has proven helpdesk experience, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of Windows and macOS, plus basic networking.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Helpdesk Technician or in a similar IT support role.
• Solid understanding of Windows/macOS hardware, software, and network basics.
• Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
• Excellent communication and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and related software.
• Respond to helpdesk tickets and resolve technical problems promptly.
• Assist users with password resets, application usage, and connectivity issues.
• Document IT support procedures and solutions for future reference.
