Job summary

PT Intikom Berlian Mustika invites a proactive IT Helpdesk professional to join our support team in Jakarta. You will troubleshoot and resolve incidents per SLAs, manage mobile devices via MDM, and install and maintain IT equipment across Windows, Android, and iOS platforms.

The role requires a minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's in IT, at least 2 years in IT Endpoint Support, and willingness to work a 24/7 shift.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in IT-related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Endpoint Support.
• Understanding of Mobile Device Management concepts.
• Proficient with Android, iOS and Windows devices troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of IT device installation, configuration and maintenance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work in a 24/7 shift system.
• Basic to intermediate English for reading technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents in line with SLAs.
• Manage and monitor mobile devices via MDM.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment.
• Support Windows, Android, and iOS devices.
• Handle user support tickets through to resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for technical requirements.
• Prepare IT activity reports and documentation.
